Return & Exchange Policy
We're pleased to offer a 30-day return and exchange window, starting from the date you received your item(s). The item(s) must be in unused and new condition.
To initiate a return, please kindly reach out to mygratfulway@outlook.com, along with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. Your feedback is always appreciated and heard.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For US orders only, we are able to provide a prepaid return label (the cost of which may be deducted from the refund).
Refunds
Once the return tracking shows that the item(s) are on their way, we'll be happy to process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed by your financial institution and to reflect in your account. As our prices are based on the exchange rate of the USD currency, the refund amount may be slightly different from what you paid. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items Received
We're here to help every step of the way. If you received an item or order that was damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at hello@intelligentchange.com. For quality assurance purposes, please include photos of the packaging and item so that we can help with a solution right away.
